Development & Communications Director
The Janet S. Munt Family Room is seeking a Development & Communications Director who loves connecting people to purpose, building genuine relationships, and telling stories that inspire people to engage. This person will lead our fundraising and public-facing communications, thoughtfully elevating The Family Room’s work while honoring the dignity, privacy, and voices of the families we serve.
As a member of our Leadership Team, the Director will build bridges with donors, foundations, businesses, volunteers, and community partners through donor stewardship, grants, fundraising campaigns and events, newsletters, our Impact Report, website, and social media. We’re looking for an experienced fundraiser and communicator who is a strong writer, creative thinker, relationship-builder, and collaborative colleague—and who believes deeply in the power of connection and belonging.
